About the role
Mudgeeraba Auto Electrical is seeking a full-time Qualified Mechanic to join our team in Mudgeeraba, Queensland. As a Qualified Mechanic, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in various types of vehicles
* Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
* Test, adjust, and replace parts as needed
* Maintain detailed records of work performed
* Provide exceptional customer service and advice
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in automotive mechanic
* Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience as a Qualified Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and repair methods and willingness to learn
* A valid driver's licence and your own tools
