Our Project and Change team partners with the Financial Crime Risk function to drive transformation and deliver strategic initiatives across Macquarie's Risk Management Group. We support the effective implementation of group-wide change, working collaboratively with risk specialists to enhance frameworks, operating models, and processes. As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of initiatives that strengthen our approach to financial crime risk. You will develop and implement practical change management strategies, focusing on cultural and behavioural adoption to ensure changes are sustainable. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and work hands-on with teams to embed positive change. What you offer
* At least five years' experience as a Change practitioner, with recent experience leading and implementing change strategies within financial services
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver change management plans that address cultural and behavioural aspects
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex matters clearly and simply
* Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change or a related field; experience in financial crime risk is highly regarded.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
