On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Adviosr.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and leading the advancement of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS). This is a dynamic and wide-reaching position that requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and the ability to adapt and learn throughout your tenure.
**About this role**
- Provide ad hoc and/or seconded quality management support to Ichthys Operations, Ph2 development, Drilling and Completions, and New Energy areas, as and when required.
- Guide and lead the advancement of the Company QMS, considering Ichthys Operations, Ph2 developments, Drilling and Completions, and New Energy opportunities.]
- Establish and guide the Quality Teams assurance planning and execution activities. Including internal audit activities where required.
- Help establish relevant quality metrics and reporting for various business areas where appropriate.
- Support the quality manager in the development of the Quality Teams annual work planning and budgeting processes.
- Champion targeted quality improvement and awareness initiatives for the quality team, and wider business.
- Provide input into the continual improvement of the overall company quality management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong teamwork within the department and Company.
**About you**
- Quality Management System Lead Auditor qualification.
- Investigation methodology qualification (RCA/Taproot)
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferably in a quality role, managing all aspect ofquality assurance and quality control.
- Strong understanding of quality management standards, principles, product quality specifications and quality control programs in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality principles and a process-based approach to managing Quality
- Demonstrable experience in the development and management of Quality processes and procedures within the wider "end to end" process.
- Strong interpersonal skills in fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative and open approach to working with others.
- The ability to work under pressure and 'deliver' when needed.
- The ability to achieve given objectives within the prescribed timeframe
