Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a Departmental agricultural plot at a secondary or central school that offers agriculture on its curriculum.
- Assist with crop production and disposal; machinery operation; maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment; care and supervision of livestock; receipt and storage of supplies; and general farm maintenance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valuable planning and prioritising skills and good communication skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a school farming environment and perform a range of farm-related tasks.
Remuneration and Details
Total Remuneration Package: The salary range for this position is $1,113.60 - $1,280.20 per week (pro-rata for part time roles). Package includes employer/'s contribution to superannuation and leave loading.
