About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Professional. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables, and resetting sections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable dining experience
* Take orders accurately and efficiently using restaurant technology or manual methods
* Run food and drink orders in a timely manner, maintaining excellent communication with the kitchen and bar teams
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the work area
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
* Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
