As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation of our visitor centre. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events and promotions to attract visitors, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries, and collaborating with local tourism stakeholders to promote regional attractions. You will lead the transition of the Port Hedland Visitor Centre to Town management and oversee its operations. To excel in this position, you must have experience in a similar role, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
