A leading hospitality venue seeks an experienced professional to oversee daily operations and drive team success.



Key Responsibilities:


* Lead a high-performing team with excellent customer service skills.
* Oversee venue operations, manage customer-facing teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.



Requirements:


* Prior leadership experience in a hospitality or professional environment is essential.
* NSW RSA and RCG qualification (or ability to obtain before starting) is mandatory.
* Flexibility to work shifts throughout operation hours (5am-6am) is required.
