We're looking for high-quality Dental Assistants and/or Receptionists
Position Type: Casual / Part-time or Full-Time

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you within our 3 Dental Clinics around Hobart.
Whilst experience is preferred, it is not necessary if you are a willing and driven individual looking to start or continue your career in the health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all dental procedures, including preparation, chairside assistance, and post-procedure cleanup
Sterilization of instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
Digital scanning (e.g., Trios) and processing lab cases
Coordination of treatment plans and scheduling
Assist in the preparation of components for implant and prosthodontic procedures
Clinical photography for patient records and case documentation
General Dental Assisting duties
Reception duties: greeting patients, answering phones, managing appointments, and billing
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Dental Assisting and/or Reception is preferred but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative.
High attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
A positive, solutions-focused attitude
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
