Job Description
We are seeking a Process Safety Manager to join our organization in a dynamic environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the Process Safety Management Plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Lead and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) activities and SAP administration.
* Conduct incident investigations, alarm management reviews, and provide functional safety oversight.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure safety-critical controls are integrated into asset plans.
* Present process safety metrics and progress to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of process safety management principles.
* Technical Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field such as chemical engineering or environmental science.
* Extensive experience in process safety management, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
