About the Day-to-Day Duties:
• Deliver high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for children
• Provide emotional, behavioural and developmental support using evidence-based frameworks
• Work collaboratively with families, educators, and allied health professionals
• Assist in enhancing service delivery, innovation and best-practice initiatives
• Uphold the organisation's child-centred philosophy and core values
• Offer guidance and support to parents, teachers, schools, early childhood services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care across environments
• Conduct school and home visits when appropriate to implement strategies in natural settings
• Assist families in navigating funding pathways and available support options
About You – The Successful Psychologist
• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
• AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in paediatric and developmental practice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for evidence-based intervention and ongoing professional development
• Commitment to collaborative, child-centred and family-focused care
• Current Driver's Licence
