About the company

Core Talent is working with a global consultancy to recruit for a Forensic accounting leader to grow their team in WA.
The forensic team supports clients in protecting and restoring enterprise and financial reputation. Their team works alongside organisations and their legal advisors to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges.
Their integrated approach spans governance enhancement, control improvement, cultural transformation, advanced data insights, and full organisational design and implementation. They businesses safeguard financial and brand reputations while building trust with stakeholders and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct complex forensic investigations to uncover critical data and insights
Oversee and manage discovery processes in compliance with legal standards and industry best practices
Apply forensic technologies and methodologies to ensure comprehensive analysis and defensible reporting
Utilise advanced data analytics tools to interpret forensic evidence and support case outcomes
Prepare clear, structured documentation and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across client departments to deliver integrated solutions
Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience within Forensic Accountant, with in a consultancy or a large complex company
Demonstrated experience in forensic investigations, dispute advisory or discovery services
Strong understanding of forensic tools, technologies and methodologies
Experience managing large-scale discovery engagements
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and confidently
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments
Approach complex challenges with curiosity and agility
Demonstrate integrity and sound professional judgement
Maintain positive energy and adaptability in dynamic environments
Deliver insightful, practical and commercially viable solution
