You may be a sales associate or property manager or a BA associate with some experience on the buy side already. Whatever your real estate background we’ll provide the proven process and support to help you perform at your best.

About You (Essential Criteria):
You’re a Licensed Real Estate Agent with minimum 2 years experience as a sales associate, buyers agent associate or property manager.
You have a personal interest in property and investing
You have the drive to generate your own leads
You’re exceptionally calm under pressure, view problems as challenges and perform at your best working to tight deadlines
You are an exceptional communicator, in both written and spoken form
You’re polished, professional and well presented
You thrive on building relationships
You are self motivated and can work at your best under your own direction
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify buyer briefs and manage client relationships from onboarding through to purchase.
Source both on and off market opportunities through agent relationships and local intel - you’re not afraid of picking up the phone
Conduct property inspections and evaluate properties against client criteria
Conduct market research and maintain local market knowledge currency
Provide tailored advice and negotiation strategies
Maintain regular communication with clients, including written reports and strategic guidance.

St George, Bayside
Eastern Suburbs
Inner West & Northwest.
