We are recruiting experienced professionals to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting ground handling services.
* Initial customer interactions, discussing services and pricing
* Flight setup and confirmation
* Ground handling services including lavatory, water, luggage, and aircraft marshalling
* Coordination of third-party suppliers for catering, hotels, and limousines
* Executive lounge service for passengers and crew
* Maintenance and cleaning of premises, vehicles, and equipment
* Billing and administration duties
Requirements and Qualifications
* Prior experience in ramp services or aviation-related roles preferred
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
* Unrestricted Australian Drivers License and security clearance necessary
* Ability to lift up to 32kg
* Excellent communication and customer service skills in English
* Strong coordination and organisational skills with computer literacy
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Proactive, reliable, and highly motivated individual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
