About the Role
You'll oversee a local
commercial and industrial portfolio of around 80 properties
, working closely with a Senior Property Manager. This role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of commercial property management – without the overload. You'll benefit from one-on-one mentoring, excellent systems, and a strong admin structure to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a commercial property portfolio (approx. 80 properties to start)
Coordinate lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance, and compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
No trust accounting or arrears management
About You
Must have commercial property management experience
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Professional, proactive, and collaborative
What's on Offer
