Your Opportunity

Our

Integrated Homelessness Supported Accommodation Program

(IHSAP), known locally as "Batten Road," is a collaborative model that brings together specialist supports to assist individuals and families who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Mission Australia delivers client engagement and case coordination services to residents of the facility, using a collaborative and holistic case management approach designed to help clients access and engage with specialist services, including Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), Specialist Family Support, domestic violence, and homelessness services. This approach supports clients to work through their individual challenges with coordinated, wraparound care.

This vital program will provide safe and secure accommodation across 137 rooms for over 400 people sleeping rough in the Darwin area and will provide appropriate referrals to specialist supports.
