The Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team in a hands‐on manufacturing role.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well within a team, and is capable of producing high‐quality work across a range of custom furniture and cabinetry projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing custom furniture and cabinetry
* Reading and interpreting drawings and job sheets
* Cutting, assembling, and fitting cabinetry and furniture components
* Working with solid timber, laminates, veneers, and board products
* Maintaining workshop quality standards and workflow
* Assisting with ongoing improvements to factory operations and production systems
What We're Looking For
Required
* Qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner
* Robust attention to detail and workmanship
* Reliable and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Experience using standard woodworking machinery and tools
Highly Regarded
* Experience with custom furniture manufacturing
* CNC machinery experience
* Spray painting or finishing experience
* Installation experience
* Experience with solid timber work
* Forklift licence
