About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) at STEPS. This pivotal role will act as the interface between organisational teams—including HR, Payroll, Recruitment—and the vendor implementation team, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and refine project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
* Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
* Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive progress.
* Establish communication protocols and monitor project milestones.
* Ensure compliance with Information Security Management System standards.
* Provide regular status reports and manage change requests.
* Oversee quality assurance, testing, and corrective actions.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation for handover.
* Identify risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.
* Deliver project outcomes aligned with organisational strategic goals.
About You
* Proven experience in end-to-end project management (HRIS experience highly desirable).
* Tertiary qualifications in project management or related discipline preferred.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
* Demonstrated success in problem-solving, critical analysis, and change management.
* Flexible, resilient, and self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
Mandatory Requirements
* Ongoing Right to Work in Australia.
* Acceptable National Police Check (renewed every 2 years).
