What Youll Be Doing
Taking qualified buyers from first enquiry through to appointment and beyond
Running your own buyer pipelines and nurturing relationships like a pro
Handling open homes follow-ups callbacks and buyer qualification
Supporting key project launches and sales campaigns
Creating killer listing content updating CRM and helping drive marketing
Taking the lead on weekend activity where Saturday and Sunday is GAME day
Working closely with senior agents to sharpen your skills and fast-track your development
Youre not just supporting the team youre becoming a core part of the sales engine.
What Were Looking For
Youve already got experience under your belt and youre ready for your next step.
Youve worked in real estate or a high-energy sales environment
Youre a strong communicator who connects easily and handles clients like a natural
Youre organised ambitious and thrive in fast-paced environments
Youve got drive resilience and the desire to be writing deals very soon
Youre comfortable taking initiative and stepping into more responsibility
Youre ready to work weekends and lead from the front
Must haves :
NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Reliable car valid drivers licence
Prior real estate experience as an Associate
