Job Overview:
A Wholesale Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of our wholesale strategy, fostering strong vendor relationships and streamlining order processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Global Sales Manager to distribute and maintain brand marketing materials, enhancing stockist partnerships
* Assist in order management and customer outreach during sales periods and showings, ensuring seamless communication
* Manage order documentation and administration to deliver timely stockist notifications and facilitate inbound and outbound sales orders
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or dispatch is advantageous
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve primary goals and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and relationship maintenance
Requirements:
