How You’ll Do It
- Conduct food preparation and cooking duties ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards
- Improve culinary skills and recipes as new experiences arise
- Ensure portion control and food quality
- Follow workplace hygiene procedures and maintain workplace in a clean and hygienic manner
- Follow all workplace and HACCP procedures in regard to food handling and preparation
- Attend and participate in all scheduled off site training sessions
