We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the training function for a large-scale technology deployment.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive, end-to-end training strategy that encompasses all aspects of the implementation.
* Design and develop high-quality training materials that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
* Manage the logistical complexities of training delivery across multiple sites and shifts.
* Collaborate with external providers to integrate digital learning solutions that enhance the employee experience.
* Oversee the delivery of training and ensure that methods are effective in achieving desired outcomes.
* Lead and mentor a team of training developers and digital learning specialists.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in leading and managing the training function for large-scale technology implementations.
* Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end training program development and delivery.
* A proven ability to manage the logistical challenges of training deployment.
* Strong experience in working with and managing third-party vendors for digital learning solutions.
* A deep understanding of technical training, system training, and process training.
* Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
