Job Title
* As a key member of our Integration team, you will play a crucial role in delivering integration solutions that transform the way our clients connect their systems and interact with their customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver fit-for-purpose integration platforms and integration solutions, considering best practices, standards, patterns, security, scalability, and maintainability.
* You will own project deliverables, including integration solution blueprints, technical designs, and implementations, ensuring high quality and alignment with defined requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to analyze requirements, design integration solutions, and implement them effectively.
* Assisting in pre-sales activities, such as drafting solutions, RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work, is also an essential part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to deliver compelling presentations, lead customers through workshops, and participate in internal Slalom events or initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Over 7 years of experience as an integration specialist, designing and implementing solutions on integration platforms like Azure Integrations, Boomi, Snaplogic, Informatica, TIBCO, Software AG, Jitterbit, or similar products.
* Strong experience in API design and management platforms, ideally including Azure API Management, Boomi API Gateway, Kong, Apigee.
* Experience in delivering real-time, event-driven, and batch integration solutions, as well as API design, application architecture, design, and object modeling.
* Familiarity with cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications, including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Dynamics AX/CRM, Workday, etc.
* Demonstrated end-to-end Software Development Life-cycle experience implementing multiple technical integration projects.
* Understanding of Security standards and mechanisms, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, Basic Authentication, and LDAP.
* Understanding of structured and/or unstructured databases and data models, like MS SQL, My SQL, Postgress, Mongo DB, Hadoop, etc.
* Understanding of Open Source architectures and/or past contributions to open source projects.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation for integration deployments.
