Whats the role
Were looking for a Tech Lead to join our team in Surfers Paradise Gold Coast (Kombumerri Country). This permanent role is offered under a hybrid model (2 days in the office 3 days WFH). Youll design and deliver solutions that bring together business needs and technology working closely with architects, engineers and stakeholders to create reliable future-ready systems.
What do I need
Experience in designing technical solutions across multiple platforms and systems.
Strong skills in microservices, RESTful APIs and cloud-based technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A customer-first mindset with clear communication skills.
