Position
Administration & Finance Officer - Payroll. The College Payroll Officer is a key member of the Finance and Administration Team responsible for the processing of the College payroll, maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring compliance with CEWA payroll procedures and schedules. Other duties include assisting the College Finance Team.
Responsibilities
* Process the College payroll in accordance with CEWA procedures and schedules.
* Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
* Perform data entry, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks as part of the Finance Team.
Qualifications/Skills
The Payroll Officer is required to uphold and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discernment, and encompasses skills in managing staff enquiries, payroll records management, data entry, reconciliations, and other general administrative tasks.
