• Deliver engaging and reflective student‐centred teaching methods that integrate best practices and leverage digital technologies, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to excel in the field.
• Conduct research activities that produce high‐quality outputs and generate research income, support the development of research teams and mentor HDR students.
• Contribute to a positive workplace and culture through internal service while also making significant external contributions to the community and profession.
• Actively engage in professional development activities and maintain currency in contemporary learning, teaching, and research approaches.

• Hold a doctoral or equivalent accreditation in the relevant discipline.
• Demonstrate a strong background in teaching and research in the field of English Curriculum and Pedagogy.
• Proven experience in delivering engaged and reflective approaches to higher education teaching, ensuring optimal student outcomes.
• Showcase your ability to engage in research, collaborate with others, attract funding, and advance knowledge in the field.
