Salary between $37.67 - $55.96/hr (depending on qualifications and experience) + Super + Salary packaging.
Full‐time contract until 5th April 2027.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our close‐knit team at Uniting Forest Preschool Belrose. Our preschool has proudly served the local community for over 50 years, and we're looking for someone who shares our deep commitment to early childhood education.
What You'll Be Doing In This Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of the educational programme for the children. You'll also provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
Your Care Work May Include
* Contribute to the development of programmes which reflect the approved learning framework.
* Develop positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families and community.
* Facilitate play‐based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
* Guide and support educators to implement the programme and philosophy for the children.
Who We're Looking For
* Completed Bachelor of Teaching / Early Childhood Education
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT in a Preschool or Long Day Care
* A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
* Strong communication skills with colleagues, families and community members
* Ability to be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and to live Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold.
