The Role
You'll work closely with senior team members while progressively taking ownership of a mixed-use commercial portfolio (industrial, retail & office).
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a small portfolio of commercial properties
* Portfolio is mixed-use properties predominantly commercial, industrial and some office
* Liaising with landlords, tenants & contractors (yes, you'll be trusted to talk to real clients)
* Supporting lease renewals, options, relocations & refurbishments
* Conducting inspections & assisting with new listings
* Researching market rents & preparing advice for clients
* Financial management including budgets, monitoring arrears and monthly reporting
* Using systems like Cirrus8 (we'll train you if needed)
What We're Looking For
This role is perfect for someone with 24 months experience in commercial property management who's ready to step up.
* Current Real Estate Registration (essential)
* Minimum of 2 years commercial property management experience (an Assistant wanting to step up or Junior wanting their next career move)
* Strong communication skills, confident, professional & proactive
* Solid admin & computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Cirrus8 experience advantageous but not essential
* A can-do attitude, curiosity, and genuine drive to build a long-term career
