About the Opportunity
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our supportive team, supporting participants to build confidence and develop skills.
* Team Leader: supports the team with supervision, coaching and capacity building, to achieve individual and team objectives.
* Participant Engagement Consultants: will walk alongside IEA participants on their employment journey and support participants to achieve their employment goals.
* Employment & Partnership Consultants: builds strong relationships with employers and participants, initiates, builds and maintains key partnerships with employers to achieve successful and sustainable work outcomes for participants.
* Claims Officer: provides essential claims lodgement, participant and employer support, outcome monitoring and administrative support to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
