We're seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our clients busy and supportive team.
This is a fast-paced internal sales and customer service role where you will be responsible for handling enquiries, following up quotes and opportunities, and supporting customers across a wide range of products including rural, engineering, environmental and 4WD accessories.
You'll be part of a close-knit team of around 30 people, working in a practical, down-to-earth environment where initiative, teamwork and reliability are essential.
If you enjoy staying busy, talking to customers all day, and taking ownership of follow-ups - this role will suit you well.
What you'll be doing
* Responding to phone, walk-in and online customer enquiries
* Proactively making daily outbound calls to follow up quotes, leads and customer opportunities
* Preparing quotes, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate records in Zoho CRM and internal systems
* Supporting sales across multiple product categories, as well as assisting with stocktakes, freight coordination, administration tasks, and hands-on customer support when required
What we're looking for

The right person will be:
* Proactive and self-driven – comfortable making outbound calls and following up customers daily
* Customer-focused and confident on the phone and face-to-face
* Strong with accuracy and attention to detail, especially when using CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
* A genuine team player who works well in a busy, close-knit environment
* Practical, reliable, and willing to help customers in a hands-on way when needed
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar role is preferred.
