Monadelphous is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Mechanical Supervisor for upcoming work in South Australia commencing mid-May 2026.
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews. Working 2:2 roster, flights from Brisbane are first preference.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
* Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
* Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
What you will bring
* 3 years minimum experience working in the resources sector in a site-based supervisor role.
* Australia recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate (mandatory).
* Proven ability to manage multidiscipline work crews.
* Confident user of MS Office Suite.
* Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
