Finance Administrator Position
This role involves managing and processing financial tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting and administrative support services.
* Process quotations and invoices promptly, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
To be successful, you must:
* Have previous finance experience or a similar role.
* Be proficient in the use of MYOB, Acumatica, and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
* Understand job costing processes.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be able to interact effectively with staff at all levels and work collaboratively with the team.
* Possess high-level organisational, administrative, and project management skills, including the ability to set priorities against competing deadlines.
* Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ability to obtain).
