Your role:
In this role, you will play a key role in:
1. Familiarity with SAP IBP S&OP, Demand and Supply, and knowledge of data integration between ECC and other systems.
2. Managing the full lifecycle of IBP applications, including maintenance, upgrades, monitoring CIDS tasks, and incident resolution (P1, P2, P3) within SLA timelines.
3. Staying updated with the latest IBP releases and functionalities to ensure smooth upgrades.
4. Proactively identifying potential problems and preventing disruptions through monitoring and analysis.
5. Responding to P1, P2, and P3 incidents within SLA timelines.
6. Providing 8-hour support during CST and ACT hours.
7. Investigating root causes of issues and sharing findings with the JH IS team.
8. Coordinating with business stakeholders to resolve incidents.
9. Working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration, and documentation.
10. Being recognized as a functional expert by clients.
11. Facilitating functional workshops and designing solutions.
12. Creating and validating process maps.
13. Documenting configuration, functional specifications, and test cases.
14. Executing test cases and performing system configuration and unit tests.
15. Providing inputs for program and practice leadership.
16. Supporting RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
Your profile:
1. Functional resource experience in SAP Materials Management.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of professional industry experience.
3. At least 3 end-to-end IBP implementations including Demand, Supply, and S&OP.
4. Significant experience in Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing within SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
5. Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
6. Overall supply chain experience.
7. Strong analytical and communication skills.
8. Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
9. Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Process Manufacturing sectors.
