Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bayswater, Western Australia. As a New Car Sales Specialist, you will guide customers through the vehicle sales process, from initial consultation to closing deals. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing excellent service, managing inquiries, maintaining relationships for customer retention, and achieving set sales targets. Your role will also involve showcasing the latest Mazda vehicle range and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention practices
* Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Experience or knowledge in Automotive Sales is preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Professional presentation and a positive, results-driven attitude
* A valid driver's license is required
* Previous experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is an advantage
