Mobilize is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator to join a well-established, high-performing engineering team. Based at a Perth head office, this role involves working closely with the Estimating Manager and taking a lead role in producing accurate, competitive tender submissions across range of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit electrical tenders on time
* Develop detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, subcontractors and preliminaries
* Review drawings, specifications and contract documents
* Source and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing
* Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving options
* Attend site visits and client meetings as required
* Maintain clear estimating notes for project handover
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3–5+ years' experience in Electrical Estimating
* Background in construction, mining or resources preferred
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Strong Excel skills; MS Project desirable
* Good attention to detail and time management skills
* Confident communicator able to work in a team environment
