Our Corporate Services Group is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Officer to join our People and Workplace Health team within the People and Capability Branch.
As a Senior Projects Officer, you will play a critical role in advising on employee and industrial relations (ER and IR) matters, as well as managing secure work. Your responsibilities will include providing advice on employment conditions, workplace policy, performance and conduct to business areas and to manage and implement secure workforce initiatives in collaboration with contractor management.
To thrive in the role, you will have had exposure to a complex ER and IR portfolio in a large corporate or government organisation. You will also have advanced administration and coordination skills and knowledge of contemporary corporate or government ER and IR legislation and policies. Your ability to consolidate information from different sources and draft communication and documents with attention to detail and accuracy, is essential.
You will be exceptional at establishing and maintaining effective relationships and your ability to collaborate with a variety of people will be heavily relied on. You will excel in this position if you are resilient, flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances while managing multiple priorities and demands.
