As part of our Economic Development team, you’ll lead the way in creating bold, creative campaigns and strategies across our businesses. You’ll work alongside product and enterprise leads, our communications team, and Traditional Owners to make sure our voice stays strong, consistent, and true.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shaping marketing strategies that grow our businesses and open new opportunities.
- Leading campaigns across digital, print, and events – always staying innovative.
- Bringing a customer-first approach while protecting and strengthening the DJAARA brand.
- Building relationships with community, government, and industry partners.
- Making sure all marketing reflects and respects Dja Dja Wurrung values, culture, and stories.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven senior marketer with creativity, vision, and the drive to make things happen.
- A degree in marketing (or similar) plus at least 7 years’ experience.
- Someone who thrives on connection – confident communication skills, strong relationships, and a collaborative spirit.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to balance big-picture thinking with detail.
- A person who respects confidentiality, integrity, and the responsibilities of walking alongside Traditional Owners.
