Our client, Aussie Parks & Gardens Group (APG Group) is a well-established Sunshine Coast family business with 20+ years of steady growth and a great reputation.
They are seeking a sharp, proactive Administration Manager to keep their back-office running smoothly and help lift their systems to the next level.

What you'll do
* Lead day-to-day administration across the business
* Coordinate payroll end-to-end (timesheets, leave, allowances, compliance)
* Maintain confidential employee and HR records, support onboarding
* MYOB bookkeeping: reconciliations, AP/AR, clean audit trails
* Build and maintain complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports
* Supervise and support the Administrative Trainee
* Improve workflows, filing, and admin systems
What you'll bring
* 5+ years in senior admin / admin management
* Proven payroll coordination experience
* Strong MYOB and bookkeeping capability
* Advanced Excel/reporting skills
* Great attention to detail, calm under pressure
* Confident communicator and a natural organiser
* Experience mentoring/supervising junior staff
* Cert IV+ in Business Admin/Accounting (or equivalent experience)
