Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze customer demand trends to inform product assortment, production quantities and inventory levels while maintaining consistent service standards.
* Craft brand messaging strategies and execute local outreach campaigns to boost awareness of artisanal offerings.
* Recommend tailored product pairings and applications to customers during the sales process and manage smooth transaction completion at the counter.
* Monitor ingredient usage, product wastage and sales transactions to support accurate financial tracking and production planning.
* Develop forecasts to strategically allocate resources across operations and activities.
* Oversee staff onboarding and training, conduct performance evaluations and coordinate development initiatives to uphold service excellence.
* Inspect daily procedures, enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to comply with industry health standards.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience
* Good communication skills
* Hand-on attitude
