**About the opportunity**
As the **Student Ambassador Assistant,**you will assist with the organisation and implementation of the Student Ambassador program by training and scheduling Student Ambassadors to undertake visits to high schools, represent the University at careers markets and expo and support major Domestic Recruitment and Access events and activities such as Open Day and residential programs.
This role is also responsible for servicing our general enquiries mailbox, providing positive and timely customer service to our high school contacts and assisting with other administrative duties to support the team. Additionally, this role is the first point of face-to-face contact for Student Ambassadors for all queries and support.
**About you**
- has well developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills to manage conflicting service and administrative tasks
- showcases experience in providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders including school students, teachers, parents, University students and staff
