Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development and Partnerships Manager based in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will identify and develop new franchise partnership opportunities, conduct market analyses, and lead strategic partnership initiatives to support business growth. You will manage relationships with existing franchisees, oversee franchise agreements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams, clear communication with stakeholders, and regular reporting on key performance metrics.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in Strategic Partnerships and relationship‐building expertise
* Analytical skills for market research and business performance analysis
* Proficiency in Account Management and managing franchisee relationships
* Exceptional Communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
* Previous experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or a related field
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an organized manner
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
* Experience in the education or franchising industry is advantageous
