$120,000 - $140,000 per year - Full time & Permanent - 3 days per week in the office in Collingwood

The client is a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) with offices in inner Melbourne. They support clients across a wide range of industries, delivering technical solutions with a focus on reliability, performance, and great service.
The Role
This is a senior, hands‐on delivery role responsible for executing complex customer projects while supporting pre‐sales and light‐touch technical account management.
You will bridge solution design and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
* Lead and deliver complex cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security projects
* Provide design validation and hands‐on configuration
* Produce high‐quality documentation (designs, runbooks, as‐builts)
* Identify risks and ensure strong project governance
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and engineering peers
Pre‐Sales & Technical Advisory
* Support solution scoping and Statements of Work
* Validate technical feasibility and effort estimates
* Attend customer workshops and provide strategic input
* Mentor engineers and uplift team capability
Continuous Improvement & Governance
* Maintain certifications and technical currency
* Contribute to internal standards and knowledge bases
* Support peer reviews and continuous improvement
Technical Skills Required
* Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust)
* SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams architecture
* Microsoft Defender & Purview (DLP, Compliance, eDiscovery)
* Tenant‐to‐tenant migrations & M365 optimisation
* Firewall, Switch & Wireless design & troubleshooting (Fortinet, Cisco)
* SD‐WAN, MPLS & VPN connectivity
* Backup & disaster recovery (M365 & infrastructure)
* Infrastructure modernisation
