Retail Store Manager — Bondi Beach | bond-eye swim
Bond-Eye is seeking a passionate and experiencedRetail Store Managerto lead our flagship swimwear boutique in iconic Bondi Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile store location, lead a small team and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Bond-Eye brand. Reporting directly to Head Office, you will manage a team of 3-4 casual staff and play a key role in building a strong store culture, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the store consistently represents the brand at its best.
What you will achieve:
* Lead, coach and motivate a small sales team
* Deliver authentic and exceptional customer service in every interaction
* Drive daily sales performance and achieve store KPIs and revenue targets
* Manage stock control, inventory levels and replenishment
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Create efficient staff rosters and manage team resources
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a retail store manager
* Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience supervising and developing junior staff
* Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality
* Passion for swimwear, fashion and beach lifestyle
* Rostered days would be Tuesday to Saturday
