We’re on the lookout for an organised and motivated Administration Assistant to join our busy Motorcycle Dealership team in Berrimah. This role can be full-time or casual, and we’re happy to work around school hours if that suits you best.
What you’ll be doing:
* Accurate data entry and record keeping
* Responsible for carrying out regular banking duties and post office runs
* Assisting with Warranty Claims
* Answering admin phone enquiries and supporting the wider team
* Helping out with other general admin tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in administration
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Great attention to detail
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Confident with computers
* Able to juggle multiple tasks while staying flexible
* A positive, enthusiastic team player
* A current NT driver’s licence and access to a car
