Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager to join our Ballarat office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading commercial property expert in Australia, specialising in sales, leasing, and property management across Western Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio
2. Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
3. Conduct routine property inspections
4. Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
5. Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
6. Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Ideal Candidate:
1. A positive and proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
2. Strong time management and multitasking abilities
3. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
5. An authentic personality with a 'can-do' approach
Qualifications:
1. A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
2. Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
