Our Inpatient Mental Health Unit at Gosford Hospital is strengthening its team, and we're looking for Registered Nurses with Mental Health experience or a strong interest in Mental Health who take pride in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care. This is a service undergoing positive cultural shift, supported by strong leadership and clear expectations.

About the Role
* Deliver safe, compassionate, recovery-oriented nursing care
* Conduct mental state assessments and risk assessments
* Respond to acute behavioural escalation using trauma-informed approaches
* Maintain clinical documentation aligned with policy and the Mental Health Act
* Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health, medical officers and peer workers
* Contribute to a unit culture of respect, accountability and teamwork
