Financial Operations Coordinator Role

The role involves coordinating day-to-day financial operations in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislation. You will be responsible for ensuring workload is efficiently allocated among the team, promoting cross-training, and adapting to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Transaction Management: Accurately and promptly record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, while ensuring compliance with financial legislation and policies.
* Team Coordination: Act as a role model for ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism, coordinating tasks and promoting skills versatility within the finance team.
* Finance Task Prioritization: Prioritize, coordinate, and oversee finance tasks to ensure accurate and timely accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax reporting, ledger maintenance, and end-of-month reconciliations.
* Adaptability and Decision Making: Adapt to changing circumstances and make sound decisions within delegated authority, policies, and legislative requirements, ensuring seamless financial service delivery and timely responses to stakeholder enquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree level qualification in Finance or other relevant discipline, or equivalent lesser qualification/s and relevant experience.
