As a Retention Representative, you will be answering incoming calls from customers looking to cancel their subscription. You'll use your fantastic conversational skills to re-engage our loyal customers, proactively identify opportunities to enhance their Foxtel experience, and expertly showcase the incredible value and exciting offerings of the Foxtel service.

About the role....
* Answer incoming calls from customers looking to cancel and use your storytelling skills to reignite their passion for our premium content
* Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, empathetic approach, turning every call into a meaningful connection
* Stay on top of the latest entertainment trends and Foxtel product updates to enrich every customer interaction
* Solve problems, de-escalate concerns, and tailor solutions that secure customer loyalty
* Meet and exceed retention goals in a supportive, performance driven environment with attractive commission opportunities
To be considered for the role you will ideally have...
* Prior sales or call centre experience in a high volume or target driven environment
* Confident and engaging with the ability to turn conversations into sales outcomes
* A great listener who can uncover customer needs and offer tailored solutions
* Positive and resilient with a passion for entertainment and delivering outstanding customer care
* Available to start on 9th June 2026
* Available to work rostered hours between 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday
