About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and drivenState Commercial Account Manager to lead our WA commercial sales portfolio. Based in Kewdale, you'll report to the General Manager of Sales and play a key role in managing major accounts, driving new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial customers.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow market share.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
* Provide insights and reporting to senior management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) tyre sales.
* Proven success in account management and business development.
* Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
* Valid driver's licence (company vehicle provided).
