* Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and staffing levels
* Monitor and improve performance to meet business objectives
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Confidence, pride, and excellent people skills
* Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations
* A willingness to learn and lead a team
