Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide first and second-level technical support in an inbound customer contact centre environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* To deliver excellent customer service by providing timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
* To install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks to ensure seamless operations.
* To coordinate with internal and external providers to ensure service levels are met.
* To contribute to the development of operational policies and standards.
Requirements:
* A degree in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office Productivity Suite, ITIL, or a similar discipline.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in a technical support environment.
* Proven skills and experience in a Call Centre/Service Centre environment.
